Jake+Sarah – Downtown engagement
When Sarah and Jake mentioned that they would like their engagement photos at the Hamilton farmers market, I had my hesitations as shooting indoors in most circumstances is not good! lighting is ALWAYS my number 1 priority and indoors is usually dimly lit and that means flash photography..eww! But then I thought about it and I loved the idea of the craziness of the farmers market, lots of people, vendors, fresh colorful fruits and veggies! and if anything we will be in downtown Hamilton,… we can just walk around the block and find interesting buildings, walls & streets to use.
The market was actually quite amazing! The front of the building was glass top to bottom so tons of natural light, so clean and we even bought some watermelon to use as props too. and like I knew down the road was tons of graffiti walls to use in the shoot.
Congrats again guys can’t wait for the Wedding!!
Chloe ~ Cake smash, Hamilton, ON
I love cake smash sessions! it never matters what mood I am in when they get in front of that cake and just dig in and especially when the sugar kicks in it is always hilarious. I can’t believe Chloe is 1 already! hard to believe we did her newborn pictures a year ago and she was one of our first newborn clients!

Nicole&Chris ~ Grand Olympia, Hamilton
Nicole and Chris’s day was perfect the weather looked liked it was going to pour all day and the only time it rained was when we drove from the church to Royal Botanical Gardens where we did the Wedding photos. I love big Wedding parties especially when they are so fun like this one was!!
Morgan ~ Halloween Maternity Photographer
With Morgan being into skulls, hot pink and black, also being the time of year it is right now was perfect to fit some fun halloween props into the session definitely a first for us and so worth it. Stay tuned to see what we come up with for their bundle of (horror) JOY next month… 🙂
Ashley & Brent ~ Burlington Golf & Country Club
AShley & Brent had their ceremony and reception at Burlington Golf and Country club, the planned outdoor ceremony was pulled at the last moment due to rain but went incredibly smoothly and still made for a beautiful ceremony indoors and the rain managed to hold off after the ceremony for the pictures.
Rain managed to come out again for some night shots!

Alexis being days old was so just such an alert baby for us but happy which is the most important for us she ended up falling asleep and we were able to get some incredible shots. Here’s a sneak peek.
Kyle + Meghan ~ Cayuga Wedding
Meghan & Kyle had both their Ceremony and Reception at Ruthven park in Cayuga, Ontario. Beautiful day for a wedding not to hot nice overcast and a super relaxed atmosphere.
Meghan had these hand painted! Super cool BTW she's obsessed with sunflowers as the whole Wedding was sunflower themed!

This This little angel is one of the cutest baby ever! from her crazy blue eyes to her chunky baby rolls you can’t help but smile when you look at her. We did Ashleys newborn pics as well and it seems just like yesterday, it is incredible how fast babies change it is literally every day, cherish it and seize the moment spend as much time with them as you can, and of course come and get pictures done already!!!

We welcomed back Laura and Jeff and their Canada day baby boy! How cool would it be to be born on Canada day? Lets see you will always have a day off, it’s a Holiday, it’s summer, always a party and to top it off you get fireworks at the end of the day! Yes it sounds pretty amazing to me lol
Pretty cool story behind this photo.. James grampa bought this exact motorcycle for himself and there was also this toddler sized play one so he bought this one too years ago hoping one day he would have a grandson. This ones for you grampa!!
Stoney Creek Wedding Photography ~ Keine & Bryan
Keine and Bryan’s Wedding day was perfect with an overcast sky the lighting for us couldn’t have been better for this truly amazing couple! Reception was held at the Grand Olympia in Stoney Creek and the photos were done at Gage Park in Hamilton.
Maternity ~ 38 weeks!
Sherry came to us with a last minute before baby pops maternity session! She had maternity sessions done with her other kids so she did it for the last time.
Dundurn Castle ~ Engagement
Had so much fun with these 2, they both have wonderful personalities and so much love for eachother, I can’t wait for their wedding.
We went to Dundurn castle in Hamilton, on. I have done countless weddings here but never an engagement, it is now one of my new favs!.. but that changes every week.. lol

One of the best things about Hamilton that not many people take advantage of is the 160+ waterfalls that this city boasts! So when a engagement session comes up even in the worst weather situation i always recommend it.

Cristina & Kyle got married in Hamilton, On we actually had the pictures done in downtown Hamilton right around the church grounds as it was raining on and off so we didn’t want to chance it I’m glad as I love the old architecture of some of these 150 year old buildings!, reception was help at Galileo’s in Stoney Creek! Like most 2 year olds err all 2 year olds they are great casually playing, interacting with others but put them into a situation where full attention is on them and telling them what to do. eg: photos…done… George-cooper was no different but being as patient that we are and it being a cake smash and all we ended up getting great shots and a lot of different emotion from this little man!
